As of January 1, 2026, MDwise will no longer participate in Indiana Medicaid programs (Healthy Indiana Plan and Hoosier Healthwise). This change will not affect your Medicaid eligibility or benefits.
What you need to do:
- Select a new health plan: Anthem, CareSource, or Managed Health Services (MHS).
- HIP members: Call 1-877-GET-HIP9 (1-877-438-4479)
- Hoosier Healthwise members: Call 1-800-889-9949
- You can also Visit the Indiana FSSA website for more information.
- If you do not choose by January 1, you will be automatically assigned to a plan. You will have 90 days to change your plan.
Your current authorizations and treatments will be honored during the transition period. Please contact us if you have questions or need help with this change.
