Steve Cobb is the retired Managing Partner of CID Capital, an Indianapolis-based private equity investment firm, where he spent 25 years investing in and supporting the growth of lower-middle market companies across a range of industries. Earlier in his career, he worked in finance at Procter & Gamble, supporting the company’s U.S. Home Care business.

Steve brings extensive experience in investment management, corporate governance, and financial oversight. He currently serves as an independent trustee and Investment Committee Chair for the Lincoln Financial Investment Products Trust and as an independent board member of LDI, Ltd., a family office with a longstanding history of investing in middle-market businesses.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from DePauw University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
