A short interview with Nicole Randall, MD - Adult Hematologist

What do you like about IHTC and its approach to care?

One of the reasons that I chose to work at the IHTC is because I support their belief of equal access to excellent medical care for all.

What inspires you about your work?

Being involved in and seeing my patients’ medical conditions improve as the result of IHTC’s excellent care is very inspiring. It’s exhilarating to hear how our patients with hemophilia and other rare bleeding disorders accomplish great feats that they themselves did not believe were possible!

What do you hope to accomplish for patients?

It’s my hope that my patients will leave my office feeling like I was able to explain their complex medical issues in a way that is easy to understand, and that they feel confident with the next steps in evaluation and their treatment plan going forward.
