What inspires you about your work?
I am inspired by the opportunity to support children and families as they navigate complex blood disorders. Each patient’s journey is unique, and I value the chance to learn from them while continuing to grow my skills to better support their care.
How would you describe your approach to patient care?
I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach, working closely with families and the multidisciplinary care team to develop plans that are both effective and sustainable. I emphasize open communication and shared decision-making, so families feel empowered and engaged in every step of the process.
What do you hope to accomplish for patients?
I aim to help patients achieve the best possible health while maintaining a good quality of life. I hope to provide guidance, clarity, and consistent support so that patients and their families feel informed and confident in managing their condition.
