Staying Safe During Cold, Flu, and COVID Season

Protecting patients and staff is an important part of our mission. Please follow these guidelines at IHI to reduce the spread of illness.

Wash your hands or use the alcohol hand rub when you enter and leave the clinic.

If you would like to wear a mask, they are located at the check-in desk.

Reschedule if sick:
Contact the office to reschedule if you or someone you have had close contact with have any of these symptoms in the last 5 days:

• Fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius) or higher
• Cough
• Headache
• Sore throat
• Runny nose
• Diarrhea
• Vomiting
• Chills
• Body aches

We will ask any patient or visitor showing signs of illness to reschedule or change to a video visit (as appropriate).
