Russell W. Sherlock is an entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in the health care industry. His background includes senior executive positions spanning public and private health care companies including Anthem, Inc., Acordia, Inc., Outsourced Administrative Systems, Inc. (OASYS), and Equian, LLC.

Mr. Sherlock has founded and developed businesses in the areas of health care business process and technology outsourcing (OASYS) and payment integrity solutions (Equian).

Mr. Sherlock earned his B.S. in Business Administration from St. John’s University.

In addition to serving as board member for Innovative Hematology, Mr. Sherlock serves as a member of the Innovative Hematology Executive Committee and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee.
