Holiday McKiernan is executive vice president, chief operating officer, and general counsel at Lumina Foundation, an independent, private foundation in Indianapolis committed to making opportunities for learning beyond high school available to all. Among her many responsibilities at Lumina, Ms. McKiernan oversees operations, legal affairs, and board governance. Her early legal career was concentrated in non-profit organizations.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kiernan has been dedicated to the individuals she serves—working hard for equitable access to vital education and life services. This commitment speaks to Innovative Hematology’s patient-focused mission and serves her well as a member of the Innovative Hematology Board of Directors and the Innovative Hematology Compensation Committee.

Ms. McKiernan received her B.A. from DePauw University and her law degree from Indiana University.
