Ryan Waggoner is Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for Strada Education Foundation in Indianapolis. He previously served as a partner in Ice Miller LLP’s Corporate Group, where he advised nonprofit boards and executive leaders on governance and strategy.

In addition to the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center, Mr. Waggoner serves on the boards of the Oaks Academy, and FirstGen Forward.  In 2018, he was elected to the Franklin Community Schools Board of Trustees, becoming the youngest person elected to public office in district history.

He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Butler University.  He lives in Franklin, Indiana with his wife and three children and is grateful to be raising his family in his hometown.
